In racing terms, a yellow flag is a race track caution flag that can indicate any of the following race conditions: Hazard on and/or near the track, Hazard blocking the track, Safety Car on the track.

Dyed in brilliant colour, the plain colour yellow flag measures approximately 300mm x 450mm long and features sewn edging on all around the edges of the yellow flag.
